Microscope: Parked In

Neighborhoods are described by blocks, by homes, and by the people who live in those homes. In Eau Claire’s Historic Randall Park district, the neighborhood is also described by parking spots. Squeezed between a university student population rock and a hospital hard place, Randall Park must find ways to share finite space.
